Ordinance #2026-01 passed at the February 10, 2026 town board meeting. This ordinance restricts certain artificial wake enhancement in all Town of Wilson waterways. Signs will be posted this spring at both the Somo Lake and Penny Lake Boat Launches. A complete copy of the ordinance is available at the Town of Wilson Town Hall. Hours the hall is open are Tuesdays from 9am – 1pm. There will also be copies available to residents on upcoming election days.
